Where I started .......
have previously struggled with self-confidence and trusting myself and my abilities for as long as I can remember. As a young girl, I would oftentimes feel stuck between not getting enough attention or getting too much attention. By the time I was 18 years old, I had walked around with a mask for so long that I begun to lose myself.
A significant turning point in my life occurred after enduring a 15-year-long battle with depression. I was so profoundly sad and felt helpless to the extent that I had forgotten the sensation of true happiness. This experience plunged me into a dark abyss of unhappiness and depression. It wasn’t until I became a mother for the first time that I recognized the need to shift my focus from external sources to tapping into my inner strength.
Where I am now .......
What pulled me out of that space was my willingness to get out. I started off my journey being small and insecure, to investing time and energy into myself to rewrite and redefine my story. In the midst of working on myself, I have noticed the key things that we all need for long-lasting change and transformation. That is when I became a Wellness & Empowerment Coach and Project Executor to serve the people.
As a Wellness and Empowerment Coach, I help you find the right SYSTEM, SUPPORT, and ACCOUNTABILITY by Channeling Your Inner Strength, so you can – finally – have the business and life that you deserve.
As a Project Executor, not only do I set-up your systems, I also help you create milestones for your projects. I help you stay accountable for those milestones and timelines by providing insights into best practices, and honing in on the things you need to have in place. The goal is to learn how to overcome obstacles to be able to execute all the way to completion.
Together, as a Wellness & Empowerment Coach and a Project Executor, I provide my clients with clarity, structure and organization that moves them from being stuck, to taking immediate actions, that will lead them to having a completed project.
2023 is the year we are required to do things differently to get different results.
